Megan Eltringham

Megan Eltringham is Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Design for Risewell Homes (previously New Home Co.), where she leads the alignment of design, marketing strategy, and customer experience across the company’s national portfolio. She partners closely with executive leadership to ensure each community reflects a cohesive, consumer-focused approach that supports the company’s growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and homebuilding, Megan brings a track record of integrating consumer insights, brand storytelling, and product design to drive performance. She leads the company’s Insignia design program, with a focus on elevating livability, functionality, and emotional connection within the home.
She began her career with Peter Ueberroth’s Contrarian Group and later joined John Laing Homes and Laing Luxury Homes, where she managed complex, high-profile initiatives including a 22,000-square-foot penthouse in the Burj Khalifa while supporting an executive team responsible for more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
An active industry leader, Megan recently served as President of the Building Industry Association of Orange County (BIAOC) and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Women’s Housing Leadership Group (WHLG). In 2025, she was honored with the BJ Stewart Award, recognizing outstanding women in the industry for leadership, generosity, and professional excellence. She holds degrees from Fordham University and Pepperdine University and resides in Southern California with her husband and two children.
