Mr. Conlon is Senior Vice President of Business Development of D.R. Horton, Inc., a position he has held since 2023. He oversees the Company’s National Purchasing, Land Strategies, M&A and Innovation teams. In this role, he leads initiatives that drive cost control, product and purchasing standards and reliable access to materials. He also evaluates partnerships, acquisitions and emerging technologies.

Mr. Conlon began his homebuilding career with Continental Homes in 1996 and joined D.R. Horton in 1997 following the acquisition. He served as Director of Purchasing for the Phoenix Division in 2002 and Vice President of Purchasing for the Southwest Region in 2003, before moving to the corporate office in 2005 as Vice President and Director of National Accounts.
